What can prosecutors do to effectively prepare a DUI case? Better stated: What steps does the defense attorney use to analyze the State’s case for weaknesses?  This webinar will focus upon the process of information that all DUI cases share, and will provide prosecutors with a few tips to identify any areas of legitimate – not wishful defense thinking – concern.  Such information will not only provide prosecutors with better skills to evaluate and prepare a DUI case, but will also assist law enforcement officers in better investigation and documentation of a DUI case.
